    • Orders within Mexico generally take 3 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout and will depend on the weight, size of the package, and the shipping location.

    • We offer free shipping on purchases over $1,500 MXN.

  • Confirmation and Follow-up:

    • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

    • We'll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your package.

  • Shipping Delays and Problems:

    • Moda Agogo is not responsible for delays caused by parcel service, weather conditions, or international customs.

Return policy

If you wish to return a product, please follow the guidelines below:

° Conditions for returns:

  • We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be in perfect condition, unused, and with their original tags.

° Return process:

  • Send us an email to arigogo2019@gmail.com with the order number, product name, and reason for the return.

  • We will provide you with an address to ship the returned product.

° Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

° Exceptions:

  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns, except in the case of defects.
